Dress for Success is a volunteer powered, not-for-profit with a vision of a world where a woman’s disadvantage no longer means her unemployment. We offer long-lasting solutions that empower women to achieve financial independence and alleviate poverty, by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Our clients often overcome a great deal even before walking through our doors. Most women we support need help to relaunch their career after redundancy, a challenging job search, or simply time out of the job market for a range of reasons. We support more than 3,000 women across NSW every year. Our signature styling service and suite of career support offerings help women overcome bias and discrimination when entering or re-entering the workforce - at no cost to the women needing our services. Headquartered in Sydney's Inner West, and with branches in Illawarra and Newcastle, our programs and services can also be accessed online across NSW.
